This keynote training grew out of supporting young professionals to master the challenges of leading in high pressure environments - supplementing their analytical brilliance with creativity, self reflection & emotional intelligence.

Today it has grown into a world class training for any leader needing to step up and own their purpose, platform and confidence in the professional world.

Organised into four modules for in-person immersion or online training over time.

There are really only two kinds of team – the team that is confident, energised, clear and connected, and the team stuck in old ways of being and doing things. Both these possibilities are available to all teams at all times, and the art of a successful team is to keep committing to the practices and disciplines of collective leadership.

The journeys I offer for top and executive teams are transformational, customised and highly personal - inspired by my own journey from self orientation and control towards listening, emergence and collaboration.

thinking space - coaching for unordinary leaders

Learning to stop, tune in and let go is the daily discipline of the leader - able to live in flow with reality and lead or inspire others. Informed by mindfulness, non-duality and the arts, this coaching programme has evolved in collaboration with artists, entrepreneurs and CEOs as well as spiritual teachers and practitioners. A training ground for mastery of action and purpose.
