These people's health and resilience can determine the success or failure of a venture - so critical are they to the successful functioning of the system. For these 'lonely leaders' I create focused, time-defined mentoring packages that give lifeline support, insight and space for change. And because no leader functions in a vacuum, this is often combined with coaching for their teams and direct reports.
